Summer vacation season is approaching and the Bricknode team wants to wish all our customers and partners a wonderful and relaxing summer.
“The spring has been very challenging for many because of COVID-19 but everyone has been working hard to overcome this situation. Release 2.24 of Bricknode Broker is being released shortly and we are already working on what should be included in release 2.25 following the vacation period. Instead of having an extended vacation period with low staffing and low production, we have decided to concentrate the vacation period to a few weeks so that we can be running at full speed again during week 32.” – Stefan Willebrand, CEO
Bricknode Support will be closed during week 28-31. Our customer support will only handle urgent support cases during this time.
Example of support cases that will be handled:
– the system is down.
– it´s not possible to log in.
Example of support cases that will not be handled:
– order in the wrong status.
– questions about settings
– activations/deactivations of add-ons.
Bricknode Support will, of course, be available normally under the entire summer except from week 28-31.
